Our Vision
To promote sustainable economic development in the wetlands of the Niger Delta Region of Nigeria through the provision of microfinance services.
Our strategy is the group formation approach using cluster groups. Cooperative groups are financially empowered through our micro-credit scheme.
Members of the cooperative group cross guarantee one another, which ensures sustainable loan portfolio.

Our Mission
Wetland Microfinance will continually pioneer grassroots development among the urban poor; especially the low-income people and the rural dwellers in the Niger-Delta Community.
This entails the use of a systematic approach that will ensure individual's re-orientation and empowerment of the individual rural dweller.
Our History
Incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria May 31st 1995. Wetlands Microfinance operations have spread across the Country - Nigeria - with great emphasis on the rural dwellers of the Niger Delta Region for close to a decade now.
